We have recently completed Phase VI on this site, where they
have in total now 40x large gas fired suspended unit heaters
with centrifugal fans and 45* discharge heads. Also recently
carried out is a large gas main installation on the site,
carrying medium pressure gas. TOTAL VALUE £335,000
Sharps Bedroom Furniture, Bilston
Last year we carried out the complete heating and ventilation
of the warehouse and offices for their new distribution high
bay warehouse, installing a total of 15x suspended gas fired
unit heaters, office boiler system complete, air-conditioning
and ventilation to offices and all sanitaryware and plumbing.

Tube Products Ltd., Oldbury
Approximately 18 months ago we also completed a 40 million
BTU’s per hour heating contract at Tube Products. In
this instance we installed 10x very large external direct
fired air handling units, operating on up to 80% air recirculation,
complete with a centralised building management control system.

We have also carried out major projects for Corus Steel and
two years ago completed Phase IV at their new Wednesfield
site where we installed gas fired radiant heating. In addition,
we have also carried out major heating installations at their
plants in Wombourne, Dudley, West Bromwich and Coventry. TOTAL

D.K. Packaging Ltd., Coventry
Earlier this year we completed the second phase of a 14 million
BTU’s per hour heating scheme using 14x 1,000,000 BTU’s
per hour heaters. TOTAL VALUE £140,000
